Shipping

We offer $10 flat-rate ground shipping per order — no matter how many pairs you add.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, selecting the fastest available option.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• Delivery times may be affected during peak or holiday periods

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn items.

If you need a different size or style, simply request an exchange through our Return Center.
Once your item is received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped out.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Outlet Policy

Items purchased from the Outlet collection are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds to the original form of payment.

Alternative Resolution
Eligible returns may be exchanged or issued as store credit. 

Exceptions
In rare cases, such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we may provide a refund to the original payment method at our discretion.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Final Sale Policy

All items marked as Final Sale are:

• Not eligible for refunds to the original form of payment

• Eligible for exchange or store credit only

Store credit is issued as a gift card and can be used toward any future purchase.

Warranty

All items are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or improper use.

Sizing

We convert the measurements of each insole to US sizing. As a result, some models may run slightly smaller or larger.

We recommend using our size chart as a guide when measuring your insole.
